An installation cavity is created between the raw ceiling and the usable area, in which power lines, data cables, and air conditioning or ventilation technology are safely routed. Each panel can be removed as needed, allowing maintenance and retrofitting without interfering with the building structure.  <\/p><p>Compared to a classic cavity floor, raised access flooring is particularly easy to service, as individual elements can be opened without tools. While cavity floors are often used in combination with underfloor heating, raised access flooring demonstrates its strengths in highly technical buildings.
