Disclaimer

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 Para. 1 TMG and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as service providers to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific legal violation becomes known. As soon as we become aware of corresponding legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, the content of which we have no influence on. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking.

However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific evidence of a legal violation. As soon as we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Note on our Image Credits

Our images on this website come from various sources and meet all legal requirements. We have either obtained them through a paid Canva license, created them ourselves, or received them from our partners. The content created via Canva is subject to the terms of the Canva Pro license, which allows commercial use of the images included. Further information can be found in the Canva Content License Agreement.

Legal Notice Regarding the Use of Canva Pro Content

We use Canva Pro content on our website exclusively within the framework of the applicable license conditions. We are guided by the central provisions of the Canva Content License Agreement, in particular with regard to:

1. Prohibition of “stand-alone” use

Canva expressly prohibits the use of Pro Content in an unaltered form if it is not part of a larger design:

“You must not use any Pro Content as a stand-alone file.” “For example, you cannot use a Pro image by itself on a website or printed on a product without adding your own design elements.” (Source: Canva Content License Agreement – Section 5A)

Our implementation: All Canva Pro images used by us have been edited within Canva (e.g. by overlaying them with text, logos, colored areas or design elements) and not used in isolation. In this way, we meet the requirement that Canva images must not be used “on a stand-alone basis”.

2. Limitation of the use of unchanged content to a maximum of 800 × 600 pixels

For cases in which content has not been changed, the following restriction applies according to Canva:

“If you use unmodified Pro Content in digital media (e.g. websites, ebooks, social media, online ads), you must ensure it does not exceed 480,000 pixels (e.g. 800px x 600px) in total size.” (Source: Canva Content License Agreement – Section 5A)

Our implementation: If Canva Pro image material has not been graphically modified, we ensure that the image size does not exceed the permitted limit of a maximum of 480,000 pixels (e.g. 800 × 600 px). This applies, for example, to graphic elements that are integrated as visual background details but are not highlighted on their own.

Summary of Legally Compliant Use

All Canva Pro images are edited and used embedded in a complete design – no stand-alone use.

In exceptional cases (unchanged integrated elements), we strictly adhere to the maximum permitted size of 800 × 600 pixels, as required in the Canva Content License.

We therefore meet all legal requirements for the use of Canva Pro content within the framework of our website design.
